είναι πολύ νόστιμη οικονομική και σε 1 ώρα φτιάχνεται. θέλει λιγάκι χρόνο για να παγώσει ώστε να κόβεται ποιο εύκολα. 

σημείωση: σε εμένα μου χρειάστηκαν 3 πακέτα μπισκότα και όχι 2 που λέει η συνταγή και επειδή δεν είχα τσέρκι έβαλα αλουμινόχαρτο για να στηρίξω τα μπισκότα.
